We bought this house 30 years ago and have been very happy here. The location has been brilliant, it's convenient for the town and the station is nice and close.
Recently we decided to have a lot of work done to make the house more energy efficient and warmer. These properties don't have cavity walls so we had the pebble dash stripped, insulation installed on the outside, then the whole house was re-rendered. With a new boiler, new radiators in the bedrooms, double glazing and loft insulation. We've done as much as we can.
We've loved loving in this house but as there's only 2 of us now, we don't need all this space.
