When we first saw our house two things really jumped out at us. First was the location. We could straight away see that the area was so community driven. Everyone has been so nice to us since we have been here. It is so quiet and undisturbed but we can get into Tonbridge centre with minimal fuss.

The second thing that really jumped out at us was the scope. We needed a study so this suited us perfectly, but it could quite easily be used as a play room or another family room if needed.

I hope that whoever ends up here will enjoy their time in the house as much as we have.
