We are always out and about and being able to get straight out onto the A217 is brilliant. The M25 is just a few minutes’ drive away and we can be in Reigate, Epsom, Banstead and Sutton within 10-15 minutes.
Since moving in we have replaced the roof, the fencing, landscaped the frontage including a new driveway with attractive bordering brickwork and gates which gives us off-road parking for 3 cars, re-pebble dashed the exterior, replaced the windows and doors, replumbed and replaced the central heating boiler.
Since January we have redecorated most rooms, so there is little left for the new owners to do.
