There were several things that attracted us to this house in particular when we were looking in the area a few years' ago. It’s located in a quiet and safe no-through road, location close to the Downs and good local schools.

It has been extended to the side and a conservatory added to the rear which gives us a huge, bright and airy living space. We find it very convenient having the garage and parking space right next to us and storage in the house is great with four large cupboards.
