Having owned the property for a number of years now I can honestly say what a great house it has been.

I initially purchased due to the fact that it was so well located and was in a quiet conservation area but had fantastic transport links close by.

I moved out a few years ago and decided to rent the property out. It has been very easy to find a tenant so would work for either occupier or investor alike.
