We looked in many areas when we were looking to buy and we always found reason's we didn't like the property - to small, no parking, wrong location to mention a few. We were worried we wouldn't be able to find a home to suit our needs until we viewed this house…. it was perfect.

We have set about updating the property throughout, also improving the front so we now have extra parking - an added expense the new owner will not have to pay out for.

It will be sad to leave, but due to a change in our circumstances we are now moving on.
