We have now been here for over 40 years and have many fond and happy memories to take with us.

In particular, we have loved tending both the front and rear gardens - they have given us a lot of pleasure.

Having the local village school nearby was great for us as well as Oxted school for when the children were older.

It is now time, however, to move closer to our family but we will truly miss living here.
