I have lived here for 50 years and I think that speaks volumes for the area and the house. The location is great for commuting to work, taking the children to school, shopping - everything you need to do is handy.
So why am I leaving then you ask? Well this house is a family home and now that mine have moved into their own homes I find there is too much space for me so I am downsizing.
I have recently replaced the boiler and the windows and the house is decorated in neutral colours to make it easier for you to just move in.
