We have been extremely happy with our home from the day we moved in. We fell in love with the location. Being located in the south side of Shirley, and with East Croydon Station within easy access to take us into London it has always been a highlight of living here. The size of the rear garden was also a huge factor as we like gardening and enjoy having plenty of space around us.
The house has been completely transformed by us since living here. We have added the en-suite shower room, replaced the kitchen and bathroom, and re-decorated every room from top to bottom. So all the new owners will have to do is pack their bags and move in!
