We have lived here for many years, and have really enjoyed our time – especially in the garden. It gets a lot of sun – pretty much all day long as we had another patio put in at the side. It has suited us down to the ground as we have had lots of space for family to stay. The extension downstairs has been extremely useful for this with its en-suite cloakroom.
We have considered applying to the council for permission to put in off road parking, but never really found it necessary as it’s so quite at this end of the road we have always found a space.
It’s time for us to think about downsizing now, and we really look forward to another family enjoying this home as much as we have.
