What the Owner says:
We originally moved here to cater for our growing family and have thoroughly enjoyed it ever since. It is a very quiet road and we are lucky to have excellent neighbours.
We have made many improvements over the years including changing double glazing, replacing the bathroom, a new driveway, new fencing in the garden and re-decorating throughout. We took down an old garage in the garden but there is a hard standing and a base for anyone who wanted to erect a workshop or another garage, subject to the usual planning permission being obtained.
Everything is so convenient from where we are and the countryside is literally on our doorstep, perfect for when we are walking the dog.
