Property description
Riverview! Riverview! Riverview! Need we say more?! Location usually makes buyers sit up and take notice and this will, definitely, apply here. Riverview Park is highly sought after and is where buyers generally become proud home owners. There are a choice of good schools nearby as well as local shops and amenities, including a library and a mini Tesco's. Cascades leisure centre and Southern Valley golf course are close by for the more energetic and, for those of you that need to commute to work, there is a local bus stop offering a coach service to London.
The house is nicely decorated and well maintained throughout and, as there's no work to be done here, you could be settled and, in no time at all, calling it your dream home!
All the bedrooms are of a good size, so there will be no bickering amongst the children as there is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. However, if that isn’t enough, there's no need to start thinking about moving again, as there is potential to extend, subject to planning permission, as many other houses within the area have done.
The sunny rear garden is big enough for the children to let off some steam after a long day, also with the side access, it is ideal for those summer social gatherings. Make the most of the summer and invite your family and friends around whilst you enjoy a barbecue catching up on life's events over a glass of your favourite tipple.
There is also a garage, which is a real added bonus, and could be the answer to all your storage.
What the Owner says:
When we bought this house, it was in really poor condition and needed gutting and starting again and that's just what we did. We fell in love with it instantly as it ticked all the boxes as the perfect family home. We refurbished it from top to bottom, putting our own stamp upon it along the way and were pleased with our efforts.
We love the area as it is so quiet and the community itself is lovely. Riverview has its own amenities nearby, so there is usually no real need to go too far from home.
We have loved living here, and hope the new owners will do too.
