What first attracted me to the house was the off road parking and double garage, which are important features in this area. Then, when I entered the property, I was happy to see the patio doors leading out to the garden, from both the kitchen and the living room. Apart from giving easy access to the outside space, they make the rooms very light and bright.

The location is ideal, being close to both Redhill and Reigate, allowing me to leave my car at home and wander into town.

If it were not for my work and family commitments, I would not be moving as I have really enjoyed my time living in this house.
