We have greatly appreciated the peaceful garden and quiet cul-de-sac for the 8 years we have lived here. My husband, my family and friends have enjoyed making use of the private fishing club and enjoying the regular competitions. All of us have enjoyed the wildlife that come to the water and have seen Kingfishers, newts and Ghost Carp along with the regular ducks, frogs, Moorhens and even a Heron. We have enjoyed some amazing local walks over the years and the ease of getting into London and to Gatwick is also a real bonus. There is a real sense of community with Neighbourhood Watch which we will be sad to say goodbye to. Fortunately we are not moving too far, after all the local hospital is 6 minutes' walk away.
