I have enjoyed living in my property and have done so happily for the last 21 years. It has been a great family home and I have always found the neighbours to be friendly and helpful. The location is great with the seafront literally just around the corner and the sea view from the front is great too. I have maintained the house since owning it, this includes replacing the boiler in 2011, I have also had the garden landscaped. I have now decided to move out of the area towards London.
