This has been a fantastic family home for us, I was first attracted to the property by the size of the rooms and the large rear garden. The avenue is very quiet and a safe place for children to play, as a no through road we get very little traffic.
Just across the road there is a walkway to a great skate park and play area for the kids, a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon whilst they run wild you can sit at the cafe and relax with a cup of coffee.
We shall be sad to leave our lovely home but hope the next owners will be as happy here as we haven been.
