We were one of the first people to reserve this development in 2006 so had the choice of plots off plan. We chose this particular plot because it was tucked away in a corner, it was not overlooked and it had additional ground on the side where we have erected a large shed.
Because we chose our plot from plan we were able to remodel the kitchen and have numerous extras which included integrated NEFF kitchen appliances, chrome downlights and light switches to most rooms.
We really liked the fact the development is on the outskirts of Paddock Wood with open countryside literally on our door step, yet we could still walk to the village for local shopping or even a drink in the local pub.
