We moved here over 20 years ago and for us it was all about how this home felt when we first stepped through the door. We loved the Edwardian charm and could see instantly how we could transform it into our family home so knew we had to have it. Ockely is a lovely village and we certainly have had the best of both worlds living here. There is a great choice of pubs and the garage shop is always ideal for those essentials. We have done a great deal of work since living here with perhaps the best thing being the kitchen extension. We also added the cloakroom and have redecorated every room. Ockley station makes commuting into London easy from here. You can't beat escaping back at the end of the day, to this gem of a country cottage.
