This gorgeous cottage has been our holiday home for many years. We have successfully conducted holiday letting with plenty of happy visitors returning year after year. We have our own website which anyone looking to do the same could take over from us. A few years ago we looked into extending the cottage and were granted planning permission for a two story side extension under TCP/30981. This recently expired but could easily be applied for again. One of the things we love about the cottage is its garden which is a real sun trap and has plenty of room for both the children and dogs to play around in. Niton is a lovely village and you have plenty of walks up to the stunning cliffs overlooking the English Channel right on your doorstep.
