I bought this house several years ago as an investment property and ever since I have owned it I have rented it out to my tenants who treated it as their own home.

It has been a great rental and I thoroughly enjoyed the return it brought me in over the years but as my circumstances have changed recently, I am letting it go to invest in other opportunities.

It is a shame to have to sell it on but I hope whoever comes here next really enjoys living here as much as my long term tenants did.
