I moved here 15 years ago as I completely fell in love with the location. The kids were obviously younger then and the tucked away location of this house and the common land in front, meant peace of mind for me as it meant if they ever got bored of playing in the back garden, they could play out the front safely for hours with the other children down the road. Since living here, I have converted the garage into another room which is great as a study but could also be a great playroom. Likewise - it could be changed back easily too. I have re-placed the kitchen and bathroom over the years and have also re-decorated. Now that the kids are older, it's time for me to move into Dorking town centre but I will miss this amazing location and my lovely neighbours!
