Property description

This delightful semi-detached family home is situated in the popular area of Meadvale, as soon as you approach the property you will be pleasantly surprised as you notice the large driveway and front lawn, it really does have major kerb appeal.

As you enter the dwelling you immediately get a feeling of family living, you are met with a welcoming entrance hall which leads on nicely to a beautiful kitchen with views out onto the garden. There is also a lounge area and dining area which provides a comfortable living space with a fireplace which really is the focal point and provides cosy evenings throughout the winter months.

Upstairs boasts two great size double bedrooms and a single bedroom which is currently being used as a convenient study space; there is also a modern bathroom for a nice relaxing soak in the tub!

The main feature of this great home is without a doubt the truly spectacular garden; it really does compliment this amazing home especially on those summer days.

The location is ideal as it is equal distance between Redhill and Reigate, both having mainline train stations to London (Redhill approximately 35 minutes) and an extensive range of amenities including supermarkets and shops. In Reigate there is a good mix of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as excellent local schools.

The property is a blank canvas for those looking to extend or add their own stamp over years to come (subject to planning permission).

What the Owner says:

I have lived most of my life in this wonderful house and when I was living away I always come home for cocoa with mum and dad on a Sunday. It s a great place to live, it's quiet and peaceful. We are on a bus route, schools are in walking distance, hospital, ambulance station, rubbish tip and Reigate and Redhill towns are in walking distance as well as the common, lakes and children's play area.
The house was built in 1938, very well constructed and still looks as good as when it was built. It's a cosy warm home in winter and a sun trap in the summer, ideal for barbecues and chilled wine, children can kick a ball around or just run around and let off steam.
It really is a fantastic place to live so come and see for yourself.
