The neighbours are great, the road is quiet yet positioned perfectly to get anywhere we need to, and the house itself, whilst too big for just the two of us now, it will suit a family for many years.

We have spent time and money on our home and we believe that there is nothing left to be done other than the new owner to move in and put the kettle on. Whilst we will be sad to leave we know this will be a happy home for someone.
