Having bought our home from new, we were immediately drawn to the location as it is somewhere we have always wanted to be.

As the home was new we did not have much to do when we moved in, but we have added a few personal touches and decoration, but what we have found is the heating system is very energy efficient, making the bills that bit cheaper during the winter.

We have also found it very easy to get to work from here, even though we are in a village, the A249 is not that far away and if we need to get the train head towards Rainham and you will in London in under an hour.
