We were living in Wellfields in Loughton when we decided we wanted to downsize.

We loved the area so much we wanted to stay in the area but we still wanted a good sized family home. When we saw this home, the size of the rooms, the potential and the large garden ticked all the boxes.

Since living here we have replaced the kitchen and bathroom and redecorated throughout. We also built the large outhouse at the back of the garden, which we have used as a guest room, storage area and now a snooker room – which has been great for parties.
