Having originally been impressed by the light and spacious feel to the property, the corner plot position has also been an added benefit to us.
We've enjoyed the proximity of the house to the shops, it's handy to nip out for daily essentials. Although we've not been here that long, we have managed to refit the kitchen/dining area and add the wood burner to the lounge.
We would not be selling if we did not have to move down to the West Country, so we are very confident the new owners will be as comfortable as we have been in this welcoming home.
