There are schools within walking distance and a fantastic range of leisure facilities. Amuse the children at Tiny Town or go for a swim at Larkfield Leisure Centre. I can recommend the Leybourne Lakes for getting outdoors where you can wander around in acres of pretty Lakeland scenery.

I have found this to be a quiet and neighbourly place to live and hope the next owners have many happy years here.
