CHERITON FITZPAINE is a parish and substantial village approximately one and a half miles north-east of the Crediton/Tiverton A3072 road. It is a typical Mid Devon village with traditional white cottages and thatched roofs. There is a pub, a post office/store and a doctors surgery. A brand new multi million pound primary school opened in October 2010 for 125 local children. The city of Exeter is about 9 miles away and the town of Crediton 5 miles with its shopping centre and schooling facilities.
DIRECTIONS:
On entering the village of Cheriton Fitzpaine from Crediton, turn right at the Half Moon Inn and follow this road for about 100 yards, the property will be seen in front of you on the right, on the corner of Landboat View.
