The space out the front of this home was definitely a big draw but the back garden is a good size too. We liked the layout of the downstairs and having a dining room with a family is a real advantage. We've decorated the whole house and laid fresh carpet throughout most of the house. We changed all of the spotlights which really makes a difference and we also changed the taps in the bathroom and en-suite. Also having three toilets is a real benefit!!
