This was only the 3rd house that we had seen, but we knew straight away that this was the one. The location was key for us, with plans for a family in the future we wanted somewhere safe and quiet so this peaceful cul-de-sac was absolutely perfect. Many houses in the cul-de-sac have extended their properties with great success. There is an opportunity for the new owners to do the same, subject to usual planning consents.

The open plan kitchen/diner is probably our favourite room, it’s such a good size with plenty of storage units. It’s also a great social space and lovely when we have guests over as we can still be part of the conversation even if we are preparing the meal.
