We added the conservatory a few years ago, so it is still within its guarantee. We love to sit out there, it’s lovely and bright with views over the garden.

The heating is electric as we don’t have gas to the property. There is gas to the road but we never felt the need to change over. We are on the “ Warm Wise” tariff from EDF energy, giving lower cost energy at off peak times, but unlike “Economy 7” you also get a boost of heat in the afternoon. This along with our loft and cavity wall insulation helps to keep the house warm and fuel bills down!
