I had viewed lots of properties looking for the right one. As soon as I arrived at this one I liked it. Once I walked through the front door, I was impressed. The lounge was a great size and I loved the fact that the kitchen area is open plan to the dining area as I could see us spending a lot of time there. The downstairs bathroom is a great size and the bedrooms upstairs worked perfectly for us.

The other thing that really sold the property to me was the garden. It needed some attention, but I could see the potential and how sunny it was. Also the fact I could walk to the station in such a short time was great. I am really going to miss living here but I know that the new owners will really enjoy it.
