Firstly it is such a good size, not a postage stamp like you get so often these days but not too big that its takes up all your spare time to look after. Secondly the properties behind us are only bungalows so we are not overlooked and therefore have all the privacy we need. Thirdly as we are away from main roads it is so peaceful and quiet here.
