We have lived happily in our home for the last 31 years and originally we bought it because we liked the period features and the central location. Being in a no through road is really quiet as we get very little passing traffic, so it's ideal for families.

It was ideal when our children were growing up having the large rear garden to play in. As they got older we built a large summer house (now a workshop) for them to use.

As our children have now left home we have decided to down size. We will however miss living here and hope the new owners will be just as happy.
