We looked at a lot of houses before we found this one. We immediately loved this location because it is very quiet and there is no real passing traffic. There is a nice view over towards the Bridge from the front of the house and it is a really convenient spot for access to a wide range of amenities.
The layout is quite unusual because the lounge and kitchen are on the first floor, but it actually works really well and we have been really happy living here. This also provides a great outlook from the front windows. Another thing we really like is the fact that we can park several cars on the driveway, this has been especially useful when friends and family come to visit.
