When we first viewed this property, we were really surprised by the amount of space on offer. Although the house needed a lot of work, it was the sheer size of the rooms, in comparison to others that we had viewed, that we were instantly attracted to.
We gutted the house, and started from scratch with the work that needed doing, including a complete re-wire, re-plumbing throughout the house with a new gas central heating system, not forgetting a new kitchen and bathroom. So this house, really is ready to move straight in to.
