This house has been our family home for almost thirty years. We bought our children up here and have thoroughly enjoyed living here.
We fell in love with it instantly as it suited our needs and ticked all the boxes as the perfect family home. The garden sealed the deal for us as it is a great size and, in all these years, has never outgrown us.
The property had planning permission approved already but, as we found the house to have sufficient enough space for us, we never actually needed to extend. However, I’m sure it would be quite straight forward if you were applying to extend, as it had previously been granted.
We are now downsizing and hope that the new owners will be as happy here as we have been over the years.
