For a modern house this is a really good size family home which does not have a "box" room.
We liked the fact that the house had a conservatory which we often use as a dining room allowing much more space in the lounge.
This is a quiet and safe cul-de-sac and there are shops at the end of the road, schools nearby and you can even take a stroll to the town centre. There are some lovely country walks nearby which are great if you have dogs and you can even walk to Shorne Country Park on a lovely summer's day.
