Property description
If you are looking for a property where you can put your personal stamp upon, then this is a property that you must view! With so much space you can work the rooms to your benefit and maximise what the home has to offer.
The lounge area is bright and airy and with the French doors leading into the garden it lets the outside in. You can relax on the sofa with the cool breeze creeping through the doors, listening to the birds tweeting early in the morning. With the large window in the kitchen the sunlight, be at the front or at the back of the property, can shine in throughout the day.
The property has plenty of versatile space to offer over the three floors. On the lower ground floor there is a bedroom and a study, which is perfect if you work from home, or it could also be used as a play room or even another bedroom.
There is not just a shower room on the ground floor but there is also a bathroom, along with two double bedrooms, on the first floor easing the morning rush before you all head off to school or work for the day.
The home is located within walking distance for, not only the town, but also Gravesend railway station which now benefits from the high speed train links getting you into the heart of London within thirty minutes.
The property benefits from having its own driveway for two cars so there will be no problem with parking when returning home from a hard day at work.
What the Owner says:
We bought this property in 2003 with the idea of modernising the property. However, our circumstances have changed and we have now decided not to proceed with these plans but to sell instead.
Since we bought the house we have had the property treated for damp including the basement which was tanked as well.
The side extension required tying-in and it has also been recommended that the pebble dashing is removed and the external walls resealed. We have obtained a quotation of £2000 to carry out this work but would suggest that further quotations are obtained.
