Our parents bought the house a few years ago and fell in love with the position of the house and the close proximity to Chichester and Bosham.

They lived at the property over this time and have loved what the house has to offer.

Having the en- suite to the master bedroom on the first floor and spacious living room across the hall was ideal for them. The size of the house has meant family can come over and stay which has been great particularly for our family living abroad. However, we now feel it’s time to sell the house.
