I was looking for a family sized property close to Emsworth town centre when this one first came available. This type of property is renowned as being very solid and in the time that I have owned the property I have spent considerable amounts updating it throughout.
Off road parking was a bonus as a lot of the properties in the area do not have this and rely on finding a space on the street. Being enclosed, the children can play in the front or back garden.
Emsworth town centre is very close and the convenience is such a blessing.
The only reason for moving is that my job has taken me elsewhere.
