We love the location of this home as it is very easy to walk into Emsworth.

The home offers open views to the rear and a lovely garden. The rooms are generous and it is very well constructed. We worked from home for many years and the rear workshop was invaluable to us.

We have found the area very friendly and the big kitchen/ dining room has been a fantastic space to relax, cook and chat in.

We have really loved living here but our lives and family ties now take us slightly further afield but hope that the next owners get the full use of the property and enjoy it as much as we have.
