This has been our family home since it was new in 1978 and it has been a lovely home to bring the girls up in. We all loved its proximity to the fore shore and the water with all the fun that used to provide and even when they grew up and flew the nest I didn't want to leave as it is so convenient here! I could walk to the bus at Havant Road, to take me to Havant, Portsmouth, Chichester or Emsworth, and in the Summer it was lovely to be able to walk to Emsworth town centre via the coastal path.

Its a light, bright and airy house, the gardens to the rear and side are lovely and the cloakroom was very handy. It is with great sadness that I have had to give up my lovely home. I hope another family will enjoy what the property and area offers.
