When I first viewed this cottage I loved the character and the large garden. I had always thought it would be an option to either extend the cottage to the side and rear - this would be something worth exploring for the next owner.
The location is perfect as you are right on the door step of some of the most beautiful country walks and villages such as East Sutton, Sutton Valence and Headcorn which are all well known for their beauty.
I can walk to the Pepperbox Inn of an afternoon and it usually takes me around 30 minutes which is lovely to have such a great pub/restaurant nearby.
I am relocating out of the area but If I could pick this cottage up and take it with me I would in a heart beat.
