The first thing we fell in love with when we viewed this house was the location. We have been blessed with truly spectacular views and the surrounding countryside is great for the kids and dogs to get out for some fresh air! There is a great sense of community spirit in the close too, so you never feel isolated. We've also been spoilt with entertaining space and those with children will appreciate the open plan kitchen/dining area and the conservatory, which we used as a playroom. When an opportunity came up to buy our dream cottage a couple of years ago, we decided to let the house. We were initially nervous, however our tenants have been fabulous and couldn't have been better. It's great to know that the house is not only a great family home, but an ideal investment too.
