Having lived in this house since it was brand new it's fair to say I have seen East Grinstead change and a lot of people coming and going.
We moved in to the area from Croydon and knew the builder as we lived in a house that had been built by them. There was peace of mind from day one.
Since moving in we had a few internal alterations including the kitchen and utility room becoming one in 2007 and this is now the favourite area.
The double glazing was replaced recently too. Aside from that we have kept the decor up to date and refitted the bathroom to become a shower room.
I'll miss the space, the outlook to the front and the feeling of the countryside and greenery as you look out the back.
