Since moving in I have not had to do much other than decorate to suit my own taste.

It's been a really convenient position. My children can walk to their school, I can walk to work and my dogs absolutely love the walks and the variety of them!
The local pub is well acclaimed and the shop is a very short walk away.
The neighbours have all been very friendly and there is a sense of community. I'll miss living here.
