Property description
If you are looking for a family home then I am sure this property will be at the top of the wish-list. This spacious home provides you with the space you are looking for to grow into. The kitchen/diner will sure to be the hub of the home where all the family will gather at meal times or where you can relax with a cup of tea and the morning paper.
In the summer months the conservatory will be the place to relax and if you are a keen gardener then there is plenty of potential with the rear garden. The current owners have already planted an array of flowery plants as well as fruit trees.
With three bedrooms upstairs and a family bathroom there is plenty of space for the whole family. This home even has the benefit of off road parking as well as a garage which comes in really handy when you need to get the weekly shop inside. The location is also fantastic within walking distance to a variety of primary and secondary schools as well as Dover Priory train station with its high speed link to London if you commute to work. There is also a stunning countryside where you can take the dog for a stroll after a stressful week at work.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances. What the Owner says:
We initially purchased this home back in 2005 and the location was fantastic as it was roughly 10 minutes to the train station in one direction and 10 minutes to the countryside on the other. We also liked the fact that Monins Road is not a direct through road meaning it is very peaceful and there is no continuous traffic passing through. The garage with parking was also very useful as most places we viewed did not have private parking. As time has gone on we have now moved on and this property has made a great investment property until recently when we had the property let out.
We are now looking to sell the property with no chain meaning that we are flexible to buyers time-frames.
