We purchased this property two years ago and it was our first home. As the house was only five years old when we purchased it there was very little we needed to do. Over the two years we have replaced some of the kitchen appliances, carpets and flooring and installed the Hive heating system, so it is perfect for someone who doesn’t want any work.

We considered extending upstairs but have made the decision to search for a new larger property to suit our needs moving forward. Overall this house has been perfect for us and the parking is great as this can be problematic in Deal.
