This has been an ideal home for us for approximately thirty years. We fell in love with the location as it is very quiet. This house offers space and privacy and the location is ideal for commuters as getting to work is really easy. Croydon and the Purley way are on your doorstep, offering a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Wandle Park is also great for a walk on a sunny afternoon!
Although we are sad to leave, we have no doubt that the new owners will be very happy here.
